Adjusting to college life takes a family who cares. At OTC, we care!

 

Our Student Services department is available to all future and currently enrolled students. From counseling on housing, academics and financial aid to personal matters and more, students are provided with a family who cares about them and their success.

 

At Ohio Technical College, you are not a number. You become part of our family, and we will do all we can to ensure your success.

 

The Student Services department provides a monthly newsletter to students updating them on current events, works hand-in-hand with the Student Activity Council to organize student activities, helps with securing discount tickets to local events, and provides a wealth of information on Cleveland.

 

Student Services also acts as a conduit for parents to find out how their students are doing and provides medical and emergency information to staff when needed. We look out for our students and provide them with the skills needed to become successful in life as well as in their careers.

April 9th-          April 13th    Spring Break, Students return to class on Monday, April 16th. 
May 25th-          May 27th    Memorial Holiday, Friday and Saturday, College Closed. 
May 28th    Monday, Memorial Day, College Closed. 
July 4th    Wednesday, Fourth of July, College Closed. 
July 6th-            July 15th    Summer Break, Students off, College Open.  Students return to class on July 16th. 
August 31st-September 2nd    Labor Day Holiday, Friday and Saturday, College Closed. 
September 3rd    Monday, Labor Day, College Closed. 
November 21st-November 25th    Wednesday, Thursday,Friday & Saturday, Thanksgiving Holiday, Students off. College closed Nov. 22nd-Nov. 24th. 
December 21st-January 6th    Students off for Christmas Break.  College open except for Monday, December 24th, Tuesday, December 25th,  Monday, December 31st and Tuesday January 1st.  Students return to class on Monday, January 7th.
