Diesel Students Visit Largest Wind Turbine in Ohio

OTC Diesel students from class DT-214 visited the Lincoln Electric wind turbine in Euclid, Ohio as a field trip last week. 

The turbine and how it powers things relates to the generator portion of their diesel training.

The turbine that these students visited is the largest wind turbine in Ohio, and cost $6 million dollars to construct!  For more information on this goliath turbine and how many homes just one can power, click here!
