Department Head - Classic Car Restoration

Supervise and manage the Classic Car Restoration training program and staff.

• Supervise and manage all Classic Car Restoration Staff.
• Interface and interact with all Classic Car Restoration students.
• Student record card Management.
• Planning and organization of program inventory and training aids.
• Effectively and accurately communicate school policies, processes and procedures of the college to staff and students.
• Participation in all management and department meetings.
• Participate and ensure department participation in Open Houses and Orientatations.
• Support all student recruitment and marketing activities.
• Organize and schedule advisory committee meetings.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Five years of experience in classic car restoration
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work flexible and adaptable schedules
• Ability to successfully motivate students
• Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism
• Excellent organizational skills
• College degree strongly recommended.
